Healing doesn't have to happen alone. Virtual therapy groups provide connection, support, and practical skills in a welcoming environment. Potential groups may include Grief & Loss Support, Women's Wellness & Life Transitions, Anxiety Management, Stress & Burnout Recovery, Parenting Support, Teen Emotional Wellness, and Social Skills & Friendship Groups. Groups are offered based on interest and enrollment.

When clinically appropriate, support is available for treatment-related documentation such as FMLA forms, ESA letters, school accommodations, workplace accommodations, and other requests connected to your care.

Please note that fees cover the time required to review records, assess clinical appropriateness, complete documentation, and communicate regarding requests. Payment of a fee does not guarantee approval of a specific request or recommendation.
